No Shame in Needing Help

You were not expected to know everything the moment you were conceived, or have the ability to solve things that you haven’t encountered. In those times, you were instructed by a teacher, a guide, your parent to help you navigate the problem.
Remember that you can ask people for help, you are not an isolated island figuring life yourself, its a give and take. Give some advice, listen carefully to other advice.
Knowledge is everywhere, it is just yet to be deciphered and received.
